Important Hygiene Note
Due to the custom nature of our products and strict health and hygiene regulations, we **cannot accept returns or exchanges** on any nail sets once they have been dispatched. Please ensure you select the correct size and style before completing your purchase.
Cancellations
We accept order cancellations within **12 hours** of purchase. After this period, our artists may have already started crafting your custom set, and the order can no longer be cancelled.
Sizing Issues
Nails by Kiki is not responsible if the wrong size is ordered. We highly recommend purchasing our **Sizing Kit** or following our detailed measurement guide accurately before placing your order.
Faulty Items
In the rare event that you receive a set that is fundamentally different from your order (wrong design or color), please contact us at **support@nailsbykiki.com** within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the unused product. We will evaluate the case and provide a replacement if necessary.
