straighten Sizing & Fit
How do I know my size?
You can use our Sizing Guide to measure your nails at home using a tape measure. For the most accurate fit, we recommend purchasing our Sizing Kit before your first order.
What if the standard sizes don't fit?
No problem! Simply select "Custom Size" when ordering and provide your 10-finger measurements (in mm) in the order notes at checkout.

How long will my order take?
Since every set is handcrafted to order, processing takes 3-5 business days. Once shipped, delivery takes another 2-7 business days depending on your location and chosen shipping method.
Can I change my address after ordering?
We can update your shipping address within 12 hours of purchase. Once the order has been processed for shipping, we can no longer change the destination.
spa Application & Care
Are the nails reusable?
Yes! Our nails are made with premium salon-quality materials. If applied with adhesive tabs, they are easily reusable. If applied with glue, you can reuse them by gently filing away old glue residue from the back of the nail.
How long do they stay on?
With proper prep and nail glue, they can last up to 2-3 weeks. With adhesive tabs, they are designed for short-term wear (1-3 days), perfect for events.
